Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Digital HR Transformation Consultant, you will be leading and delivering digital HR transformation and change management initiatives, design and deploy HR technology solutions to establish key business capabilities and enable the realization of strategic initiatives and operational improvements. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop strategies to drive transformation and change, translate them into functional solutions using HR Technology solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Deliver Digital HR Transformation Initiatives: Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and implement HR SaaS solutions.
- Develop Client Solutions: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop strategies to drive transformation and change.
- Implement Change Management: Enable clients to adapt to change by developing and implementing effective change management plans.
- Design and Deploy Solutions: Design and deploy HR technology solutions to meet client business needs, establishing key business capabilities and enabling strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Analyze Requirements: Conduct requirements analysis to inform solution design and configuration.
- Provide Training and Support: Deliver training and support to clients, empowering them to effectively utilize the solutions.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Client Solution Development: Experience working with clients to understand their business needs and develop strategies to drive transformation and change.
- Change Management Implementation: Exposure to developing and implementing effective change management plans to enable clients to adapt to change.
- Business Process Analysis: Ability to identify areas for improvement in business processes and propose solutions to clients.
- Client Engagement Support: Experience working closely with clients to ensure successful delivery of business transformation and change initiatives.
- Exposure to HR Technology: Familiarity with HR technology solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors
- Configuration and Implementation: Experience working with configuration and implementation of HR technology solutions.
- Training and Support: Exposure to delivering training and support to clients on HR technology solutions, to empower them to effectively utilize the solutions.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- HR Process and System Implementation: Exposure to analyzing business processes to identify areas for improvement, with ability to implement HR SaaS solutions
- Change Management Planning: Experience working with effective change management plans to enable clients to adapt to change, with ability to implement and develop strategies to drive transformation.
