Job Description

Role Purpose

  • Own and strengthen the digital backbone of the Minburi factory.
  • Enable secure, reliable, and compliant IT/OT connectivity, data flow, and system integration across Manufacturing, Utilities, Safety, and Quality digital platforms.
  • Act as the technical integrator for all site digital programs and cybersecurity compliance.

Key Accountabilities

  • Industrial IT/OT Network Ownership
    • Endtoend responsibility for industrial networks (switches, VLANs, firewalls, gateways, WiFi).
    • Ensure 99% uptime for manufacturing, warehouse, utilities, safety CCTV, and quality systems.
  • Instrumentation Connectivity & Data Management
    • Own instrument tagging, tag lists, and signal mapping.
    • Ensure accurate, reliable data from sensors/meters through PLCs, gateways, and digital platforms.
    • Validate data quality for SPC, EMS, QMS, dashboards, and traceability.
  • Cybersecurity (OT & IT)
    • Implement and govern Magnum / Unilever OT Cyber Security Standards (UCSS).
    • Maintain OT asset inventory, patching, backups, access control, and endpoint protection.
    • Lead OT cyber risk assessments and incident response with IT and global teams.
  • Digital Systems Integration
    • Technical enablement of: DFOS, SPC, EMS, CBMS, WMS, QMS, traceability, and inline inspection.
    • Ensure stable, secure integration of machines, sensors, and digital platforms.
  • Safety CCTV Ownership
    • Own CCTV network, storage, cybersecurity compliance, uptime, and recovery.
    • Support integration with safety analytics where applicable.
  • Governance & Compliance
    • Maintain documentation: tag lists, network topology, OT architecture, CCTV maps.
    • Enforce change management, backups, and audit readiness (IT/OT, Cyber, Quality, Safety).
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management
    • Manage OT, CCTV, instrumentation, quality system, and cybersecurity vendors.
    • Collaborate with Engineering, Production, SHE, Quality, Digital SC, and IT.
Key Deliverables

  • 100% compliance with UCSS and Unilever OT standards.
  • 99% uptime of industrial network, CCTV, and quality digital systems.
  • Complete and validated instrument tag database.
  • Stable commissioning of all digital platforms.
  • Zero highrisk cybersecurity audit findings.
  • Reliable data for Quality, Safety, Production, and Control Tower dashboards.

Experience & Qualifications (Essentials)

  • Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Automation, Electronics, or related.
  • 47 years handson experience in instrumentation, OT networking, and data acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial protocols and OT cybersecurity fundamentals.
  • Experience with CCTV and digital Quality systems.
