1. Role Description
This position reports to the Director.
He/She will spearhead digitalisation of the business, by helping the company to integrate digital systems that power the company's learning ecosystem, such as the Learning Management System (LMS), e-learning authoring and ed-tech tools. He/She will develop and facilitate CliftonStrengths curriculum that leverages these platforms to deliver blended, high-impact learning experiences to clients.
2. Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
- Optimising the company's digital learning stack, including LMS, e-learning authoring tools and integrations between them
- Evaluating and implementing emerging ed-tech and AI-assisted tools to enhance learner experience and operational efficiency
- Designing and developing blended learning journeys (e.g., self-paced e-modules, live workshops and hybrid programmes), grounded in adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks
- Producing digital learning assets such as interactive modules, video content, workbooks and facilitator guides
- Facilitating engaging CliftonStrengths workshops for corporate, school and individual clients
- Iterating on curriculum and digital integrations using learner feedback and performance analytics
3. Competencies
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation, assessment and personalised learning tools
- Sound understanding of adult learning principles (andragogy) for blended curriculum development
- Strong facilitation and training delivery skills across diverse adult learner profiles and client segments
- Familiarity with the CliftonStrengths framework or equivalent strengths-based coaching methodologies
