Key Responsibilities
- Provide client support and investment-related information via phone (Voice) and online channels (Chat, Email, Social Media).
- Assist clients with basic investment inquiries and platform usage, including website, mobile application, and online trading tools.
- Deliver clear and accurate guidance on investment products such as equities, mutual funds, and other services available on InnovestX.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure a smooth digital experience for every client interaction.
- Participate in training sessions to build knowledge of products, systems, and service standards, with ongoing guidance from a dedicated supervisor.
Qualifications
- Holds at least an Investment Consultant License (IC Plain).
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
- Basic understanding of investment products and the ability to explain them in simple terms.
- Comfortable using digital tools, mobile applications, and online communication platforms.
- Service-oriented, patient, responsible, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work on a shift schedule.
