Job Overview

Our Digital Marketing Analyst are the main POC interfacing between the local marketing team and the Central Ops team for all event projects. Each market would have one Market Expert assigned. There is a need for individuals to have the ability to read, write and speak proficiently in the language of the market, to write and edit copy, checking event emails and websites to check for language accuracy, review guestlists, manage guest queries (via email). There will be a need to operate proficiently in local market language in internal meetings with the local marketing teams and agencies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Holistic understanding of all the events happening in their assigned market
  • Engage the Central Ops shared services teams (Tool Setup & Analysts) and project manage tool setup and processes for events, troubleshooting & escalating as required
  • Provide regular updates on tool setup progress, and event progress reports in Work In Progress (WIP) meetings (Nominations, Registrations, Attendance status reports)
  • Crafts / edits website, email and registration form copy in language, QAs event website and emails from language perspective once setup by Tools Setup team
  • Handles guest management for events in partnership with local event organizing team
  • Deploys event communications email campaigns
  • Ensure audience swaps / manual registrations are updated in the system
  • Implementation of site waitlist / closure if event registration is at capacity

  • Job Qualifications

  • Proven ability in project management, with experience coordinating multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Strong client service orientation, demonstrating professionalism and responsiveness in managing stakeholder needs.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality across all deliverables.
  • Ability to communicate and operate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
  • Fluency in the local language (reading, writing, and speaking) to support localized campaigns and communications.
  • Solid data management skills, including proficiency in spreadsheets for tracking, reporting, and analysis.
