Lead the growth of one of Thailand's most impactful and growing animal welfare organizations.

Rescue P.A.W.S. is a grassroots animal welfare organization based in Hua Hin, Thailand,

dedicated to reducing the stray animal population through rescue, rehabilitation, sterilization,

and education. We provide medical care, shelter, and a second chance to over 20,000 dogs and

cats each year while also supporting local communities through outreach and awareness. With

a small but passionate team, we are committed to making a sustainable, long-term impact on

the stray animals epidemic and helping dogs and cats in need.

Rescue P.A.W.S. has nearly doubled its social media following in the past year and launched

our biggest fundraising campaign to date. We're now looking for a strategic, creative, and

results-driven Digital Marketing & Fundraising Manager to accelerate that growth and expand

our impact nationwide.

This is a lead role with fundraising as the primary focus, supported by a strong digital marketing

strategy. You'll build campaigns, drive donor engagement, and help fund life-saving programs

for animals in need.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Donor Engagement (Core Focus)

• Lead online fundraising campaigns (crowdfunding, monthly giving, sponsorships).
• Develop donor journeys and manage supporter communications across channels.
• Deliver compelling monthly newsletters and reports for major donors.
• Promote and manage local fundraising events and partner activations.
• Digital Marketing & Advertising
• Plan and execute digital strategies that drive awareness and donations.
• Coordinate onsite content creation (photos, reels, impact stories).
• Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Keep the website current with campaign updates and impact highlights.
• Analyze performance and deliver monthly reports to guide strategy.
• Strategic Leadership
• Present and implement monthly and annual marketing and fundraising plans.
• Manage junior marketing staff and interns.
• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate content and campaign material.

Who You Are

• A results-oriented professional with proven experience in digital marketing and
• fundraising.
• Confident and experienced in managing ad campaigns via Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Manager.
• Skilled in content creation and storytelling (visual and written).
• Familiar with tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, Meta Business Suite, and
• Google Analytics.
• Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Passionate about animal welfare and using digital tools for meaningful impact.

Location & Eligibility

• Full-time, on-site position based in Hua Hin, Thailand.
• Open to both Thai and international applicants.
• Work permit and visa support are provided.
