Develop and execute integrated media strategies to drive traffic and sales across e-commerce platforms.
Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms.
Develop traffic through owned assets, aligning marketing content calendar with campaign calendar.
Leverage brand and influencer collaborations for exposure opportunities.
Lead traffic and sales growth via livestream and social commerce ecosystems.
Develop livestream and social commerce strategy for platforms such as Douyin.
Plan livestream calendar aligned with campaign priorities.
Optimize livestream performance through product selection, scripting, promotions, and conversion strategies.
Work with KOLs, hosts, and agencies to improve conversion performance.
Drive incremental traffic and sales through partnership collaborations.
Identify and develop strategic partnerships with platforms, brands, travel partners, etc.
Develop partnerships that provide traffic, customer acquisition, or media value.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum 35 years of experience in Digital Marketing or E-commerce roles within Thailand or China markets, preferably with exposure to social commerce or marketplace platforms.
High proficiency in Thai, Chinese and English.
Strong understanding of China's e-commerce and social media ecosystem, including platforms such as Douyin, JD, DMALL, and related digital marketing channels.
Proven experience in planning and optimizing digital media and performance marketing campaigns, with strong understanding of traffic acquisition, ROAS, CAC, and conversion metrics.
Knowledge of social commerce and livestream operations, including campaign planning and performance optimization.
Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable growth strategies.
