Job Description

Our client, a leading retail & lifestyle company, is seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant Manager to drive integrated omnichannel strategies that accelerate brand growth across both online and offline channels. This role requires strong expertise in e-commerce, digital brand strategy, and O2O marketing to seamlessly connect customer journeys and maximize business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end omnichannel marketing initiatives to enhance both online conversion and offline traffic performance
  • Translate business objectives into high-impact campaign strategies across digital, retail, and O2O touchpoints
  • Orchestrate seamless customer journeys across e-commerce platforms, social media, and physical stores
  • Leverage data insights to continuously optimize campaign ROI, customer acquisition, and retention strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, operations, and product teams to align marketing with revenue goals
  • Lead execution of digital-first campaigns while ensuring strong in-store brand presence and experience
  • Drive performance marketing initiatives with a focus on conversion, engagement, and scalable growth
  • Develop and execute integrated brand activations, product launches, and promotional strategies
  • Utilize CRM and customer data to enhance personalization and lifecycle marketing effectiveness
  • Ensure agility in execution by adopting a test-and-learn approach to continuously refine marketing performance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or omnichannel roles, ideally within retail or lifestyle or dynamics industries
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior across online-to-offline (O2O) journeys and modern retail ecosystems
  • Proven track record in executing performance-driven campaigns with measurable business impact.
  • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google) and marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, multi-brand or multi-business unit environments is highly preferred additional global brand experience is an advantage
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing initiatives to business outcomes
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing a lean team (3–5 members), driving execution, accountability, and performance delivery
  • Fluent in Thai & English
