Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Associate located in Bangkok. The Digital Marketing Associate will oversee the creation, implementation, and optimization of online marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include managing social media platforms, analyzing web performance metrics, developing and executing digital marketing strategies, and maintaining brand presence across various online channels. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure cohesive communication and promotion of EU Wine's products and services is also key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and execute digital marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and web platforms
  • Manage EU Wine's social media content calendarcurating product features, wine education, behind-the-scenes content, promotions, and event highlights
  • Create or coordinate digital assets including graphics, short-form videos, product showcases, and captions
  • Analyse digital performance metrics and prepare monthly reports to optimise engagement and conversions
  • Conduct research on market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity in the wine and lifestyle industry
  • Support product launches, online promotions, and brand collaborations
  • Ensure consistent premium brand identity across all digital touchpoints
  • Assist with paid ads setup and optimisation
  • Support community engagement by responding to comments and messages as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 12 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools
  • Ability to create engaging visuals and short-form videos
  • Strong written communication skills with interest in lifestyle, food & beverage, or wine
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines
  • Experience in F&B, premium brands, or e-commerce is an advantage
  • Wine knowledge is an advantage but not required, curiosity and willingness to learn is essential
