Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Digital Marketing/ E-Commerce Manager to join our team on-site at Staybridge Suites Bangkok Thonglor, located in the Thonglor area, Bangkok City, Thailand. This position will oversee and implement strategies to promote the hotel, drive brand visibility, and improve customer engagement. Responsibilities include developing marketing campaigns, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, analyzing campaign performance, coordinating public relations efforts, and fostering local partnerships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, revenue growth, and market share.
  • Lead the hotel's digital marketing strategy across all channels, including website, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and OTA platforms.
  • Drive the book direct strategy, optimizing website performance, and loyalty initiatives to maximize direct revenue.
  • Own and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and strong ROI across all campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance and digital spend using data-driven insights.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure all marketing communications align with global brand standards and positioning.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team, fostering a high-performance and results-driven culture.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations to support overall commercial objectives.
  • Oversee content strategy, PR activities, partnerships, and all marketing collateral to ensure consistency and impact.
  • Drive innovative marketing initiatives and continuously identify new opportunities to enhance brand visibility and revenue.
