The Digital Marketing & Events Associate will be responsible for driving the growth of our digital ecosystem, primarily focusing on the BVL Connect application. This role involves enhancing User Experience (UX) for healthcare professionals (HCPs), managing omnichannel marketing strategies, and coordinating high-impact events. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between digital innovation and pharmaceutical compliance to ensure seamless HCP journeys.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and enhance the BVL Connect application, improving UX and driving HCP adoption and transactions.
- Develop Omnichannel digital strategies that align with business goals, integrating the app with field force and other sales channels.
- Lead content creation and social media management, producing engaging multimedia content across digital platforms.
- Plan and coordinate webinars and on-site events to strengthen HCP engagement and support cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure all digital communications meet regulatory compliance and maintain medical accuracy and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Thai Nationals only
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in Video Content Production for social media (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
- Background in the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry is a strong plus.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing tools, CMS (Website Management), and basic Data Analytics.
- Familiarity with Marketing Automation and Omnichannel integration.
Soft Skills:
- Strong creative storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Excellent coordination and project management abilities.
- High attention to detail regarding Brand-Safe and Medically Accurate content.
