Job Summary
Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across social media, paid advertising, website management, and CRM systems. This role plays a key part in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and sales conversion through data-driven digital initiatives.
1. Social Media Management
- Plan and develop weekly and monthly content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LINE Official Account.
- Create content concepts, write engaging copy, and coordinate the production of visual content (images/videos) with graphic design and video editing teams.
- Manage online communities by responding to messages, engaging with followers, and executing activities to increase brand engagement.
- Stay updated on digital trends, viral content, and new platform features to continuously apply innovative ideas to the brand.
2. Paid Ads & Campaign Management
- Plan, set up, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LINE LAP.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and ROAS while achieving campaign objectives.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, captions, and audience targeting to improve ad performance.
- Collect campaign data, analyze performance, and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights for future campaign improvements.
3. Website Management & Optimization
- Maintain and update product information, campaigns, and promotions through CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify.
- Improve landing pages and optimize the customer journey to enhance conversion rates (CRO).
- Support on-page SEO improvements to strengthen website visibility and ranking on Google Search.
- Implement and monitor tracking tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel to ensure accurate performance tracking.
4. CRM & Marketing Automation
- Manage customer databases through CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, LINE OA, or internal systems.
- Design and implement marketing automation workflows such as email marketing and SMS campaigns based on customer behavior.
- Analyze customer insights, perform segmentation, and create remarketing campaigns to encourage repeat purchases.
- Support the development and management of loyalty programs to improve customer retention and increase Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or related fields.
- At least 1–3 years of direct experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads.
- Creative mindset with strong content ideation and communication skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to online trends.
- Basic to intermediate experience in website CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify.
- Ability to read and analyze basic performance data from Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and social media backend systems.
- Detail-oriented, highly responsible, with excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
