Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for managing digital advertising and supporting marketing operations across Sarnies Group brands, with a focus on performance optimisation, platform execution, and coordination with internal teams. This role is execution-focused initially, with opportunities to grow into broader ownership of performance optimisation, campaign planning, and cross-brand learnings as the business scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise paid digital advertising across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok), including setup, testing, budget control, and performance reporting.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions, and implement optimisations accordingly.
- Coordinate with internal teams on creative assets, copy, and campaign execution.
- Prepare performance reports and insights to support sales and marketing decisions.
- Provide support for delivery platforms (Grab, LINE MAN, TikTok Shop), including storefront updates, campaigns, and billing documentation.
- Provide support for e-commerce platforms and marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, Shopify), including storefront updates, promotional campaigns, and basic performance tracking.
- Support product launches with standardised checklists across digital platforms.
- Maintain marketing documentation, briefs, and launch materials.
- Support billing documentation and reconciliation for advertising spend and platform-related costs.
- Coordinate with agencies, designers, and platform partners as required.
- Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proven experience managing paid ads on Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms.
- Experience in e-commerce or F&B is preferred.
- Good command of English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
Salary
30,000 THB to 40,000 THB, depending on evaluation of experience
