We are looking for a Digital Marketing professional who can drive growth across digital channels by improving conversion rates, reducing funnel drop‑offs, optimizing CAC.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns across digital and social channels to drive awareness, app registration, rentals, and engagement, working closely with internal teams, agencies, and partners.
- Optimize app and customer funnel performance by analyzing the journey from Install to Repeat Usage, identifying drop‑offs, and collaborating with Product, Tech, CRM, and Operations to improve UX and conversion.
- Manage and optimize performance marketing activities across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google, focusing on improving CPA, CAC, Cost per Rental, budget efficiency, and conversion quality.
- Execute partnership, CRM, and retention campaigns including push notifications, in‑app messaging, coupons, and segmented lifecycle communications to drive activation, retention, and repeat usage.
- Track performance, analyze data, and run experiments by monitoring key KPIs, conducting A/B testing, preparing reports with insights, and providing data‑driven recommendations to improve overall marketing effectiveness.
Qualification
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in Online, Digital, Growth, Performance, CRM, or App Marketing roles
- Background in technology, platform, app‑driven, service, or O2O businesses will be an advantage
- Solid knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, LINE , along with an understanding of core marketing and growth metrics
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate funnels, spot gaps in the customer journey, and propose data‑based optimizations
- Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets , highly detail‑oriented, and capable of collaborating effectively across multiple teams
