Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive online revenue, enhance brand awareness, and optimize the hotel's online presence.

Responsibilities

Website & Brand.com Performance:

  • Oversee the overall performance of the hotel website and brand.com, including web content, SEO optimization, and web conversion tool management.
  • Conduct regular website audits and identify areas for improvement to enhance user experience and conversion rates.

Brand Campaign Implementation:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated brand marketing campaigns across digital channels.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms, including website, social media, and email marketing.
  • Measure the effectiveness of brand campaigns and adjust strategies based on data analysis.

Hotel Tactical Offer Management:

  • Work collaboratively with revenue and distribution teams to develop and manage hotel tactical offers.
  • Ensure effective promotion of tactical offers through digital marketing channels to drive bookings.
  • Track the performance of tactical offers and provide data-driven insights for optimization.

Online Advertising:

  • Develop and manage online advertising campaigns to drive room and C&E (Catering & Events) revenue.
  • Utilize platforms like Google Ads and social media advertising to target specific audience segments.

Social Media Management:

  • Lead the creation and management of engaging social media content across all primary platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and explore emerging platforms.
  • Develop a social media content calendar that aligns with brand strategies and target audience interests.
  • Analyze social media engagement metrics and adapt strategies to maximize audience reach and interaction.

Online Business Listings:

  • Manage and optimize the hotel's online business listings on platforms like Google My Business (GMB), TripAdvisor, and other online maps.
  • Ensure accurate and updated information across all listings to improve online visibility and customer experience.
  • Develop strategies to generate positive online reviews and enhance the hotel's reputation.

OTA Advertising:

  • Partner with online travel agencies (OTAs) to develop and manage advertising campaigns that drive bookings through their platforms.
  • Track the performance of OTA campaigns and make strategic adjustments as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in digital marketing role in the hotel/travel/tourism industry, preferably in 4- or 5-star hotel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English and Thai.
