About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This role reporting to Marketing Communication Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy & Planning
- Define and lead full-funnel digital marketing strategies (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, Loyalty)
- Translate business objectives into actionable digital plans across content, media, and CRM
- Ensure alignment with Global & Regional digital frameworks and best practices
2. Content & Creative Leadership (Owned / Earned)
- Lead content strategy and storytelling across campaigns and always-on
- Develop and manage creative briefs, key visuals, copy, storyboards, and asset approvals
- Localize and optimize global/regional assets with RCOE and Content Factory
- Govern brand consistency, content quality, and asset management (DAM)
- Own content calendar across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Line OA
- Support PR activities, KOL engagement, and product launches with content strategy
3. Media & Performance Management (Paid)
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media across ATL & digital platforms
- Manage media budget allocation with efficiency and ROI focus
- Work closely with media agencies on A/B testing, audience segmentation, UTM tracking, and platform optimization
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations
4. CRM & Data Utilization (Earned / Owned)
- Drive CRM strategy to support consumer acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention
- Manage databases and CRM tools in compliance with Global guidelines and local regulations
- Leverage consumer data and insights to improve targeting, personalization, and campaign effectiveness
- Maximize CRM contribution to overall business performance
5. Cross-functional & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key coordinator across Product, Sales, E-commerce, Media, CRM, and Agencies
- Manage cadence with Global & Regional teams
- Ensure smooth execution across multiple stakeholders and timelines
6. Budget & Resource Management
- Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently across content, media, and CRM
- Optimize resources to deliver maximum impact within budget constraints
Required Qualification:
- 57 years of experience in digital marketing, media, content, or performance marketing
- Strong hands-on experience in paid media, content strategy, and data-driven optimization
Skills
- Strong strategic thinking with ability to connect digital execution to business KPIs
- Solid understanding of digital ecosystem, platforms, audiences, and shopper behavior
- Analytical mindset with confidence in data, performance reports, and optimization
- Strong storytelling, creative judgment, and brand sensibility
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Tools & Knowledge
- Familiar with advertising platforms, CRM tools, and analytics
- Advanced Excel / PowerPoint skills (Knowledge of Powerquery, Power BI, Tableu, BigQuery, SQL is a plus)
Language
- Fluent in Thai and English (written and verbal)
