About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This role reporting to Marketing Communication Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy & Brand Leadership
- Lead brand-led digital strategies across the full funnel (Awareness to Loyalty)
- Translate business and brand objectives into clear digital plans across content, owned channels, and CRM
- Ensure alignment with Global and Regional frameworks and brand guidelines
2. Content, Creative & Communication
- Lead content strategy and brand storytelling across campaigns and always-on communications
- Manage creative development including briefs, key visuals, copy, and asset approvals
- Ensure brand consistency, tone of voice, content quality, and asset governance
- Support PR, KOL activities, and product launches with content strategy
3. Brand.com, Media & CRM Ecosystem
- Own and manage Brand.com as the central platform for brand, product, and campaign communication
- Oversee paid media execution and performance with agency partners
- Drive CRM strategy to support consumer acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Leverage consumer data and insights to improve personalization and communication effectiveness
4. Cross-functional & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key coordinator across Product, Sales, E-commerce, Media, CRM, and agencies
- Align closely with Global, Regional teams and RCOE
- Ensure smooth execution across stakeholders and timelines
5. Budget & Resource Management
- Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently across content, media, and CRM
- Allocate resources strategically to maximize impact within budget constraints
Required Qualification:
- 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, media, content, or performance marketing
- Strong hands-on experience in paid media, content strategy, and data-driven optimization
Skills
- Strong strategic thinking with ability to connect digital execution to business KPIs
- Solid understanding of digital ecosystem, platforms, audiences, and shopper behavior
- Analytical mindset with confidence in data, performance reports, and optimization
- Strong storytelling, creative judgment, and brand sensibility
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Tools & Knowledge
- Familiar with advertising platforms, CRM tools, and analytics
- Excel / PowerPoint skills (Knowledge of Powerquery, Power BI, Tableu, BigQuery, SQL is a plus)
Language
- Fluent in Thai and English (written and verbal)
