Job Description

  • Role Description

India SAP Alliance Ownership

Single point of ownership for the SAP partnership in India, across three dimensions:

• Relationship: own the SAP relationship in India day-to-day, including the SAP Marketing Advisor and

relevant partner-management contacts; represent In2IT EBS in SAP partner forums, ecosystem

communities, and planning sessions.

• Marketing & programmes: run PartnerEdge marketing programmes; plan and fully utilise SAP

Market Development Funds (MDF) — eligible campaign plans, fund disbursement, claims, proof-of

execution, and utilisation reporting; maintain the partner-portal profile, credentials, and references.

• Commercial: manage the India PartnerEdge relationship on the commercial side — partner tier and

compliance, deal registration, and licence/renewal coordination — working with the CRO and

practice heads. (Financial settlement of SAP payables/receivables remains with Finance.)

2. Demand Generation (with Sales)

• Work in lockstep with the CRO and sales team to understand lead requirements by practice and

geography, and shape campaigns accordingly.

• Own marketing–CRM integration so campaigns, web enquiries, and event leads flow into pipeline

with clear attribution.

• Brief the agency on demand-gen campaigns and hold it to output; own the pipeline outcome.

3. Brand Custodianship & Agency Direction

• Act as custodian of the In2IT EBS brand and enforce it across sales, delivery, and HR outputs.

• Direct the production agency: issue briefs, run the brief-and-approve workflow, and operate the

brand quality gate so nothing publishes without sign-off.

• Manage the agency relationship — monthly SLA reviews, quarterly business reviews, and scope

adjustments.

4. Bids & Confidential Collateral

• Produce or oversee bid-support collateral — capability decks, practice profiles, reference packs — to

live-pursuit deadlines.

• Handle confidential commercial content in-house; this does not go to the agency.

5. Communications & Executive Visibility

• Build the executive visibility programme for the Managing Director and senior leadership: LinkedIn,

bylined articles, speaking slots, and awards.

• Own PR and media relations, the thought-leadership agenda (SAP GROW/RISE, AI-led
