MR. D.I.Y. looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital growth, brand visibility, and multi-channel campaign performance for MR. D.I.Y.. This role will drive integrated marketing strategies across digital platforms while ensuring strong ROI, customer engagement, and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop digital marketing strategies, seasonal campaigns, and brand-building initiatives
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all communication channels
- Manage SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, website optimization, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE, X, Google)
- Lead designers and copywriters to create engaging visuals, content, and campaign assets
- Analyze campaign performance, customer journeys, and ROI using GA4 and dashboards
- Optimize traffic, conversion, and customer acquisition performance
- Monitor brand health, customer insights, market trends, and competitor activity
- Present marketing plans, campaign performance, and strategic recommendations to senior management
- Lead and develop the digital marketing team while coordinating with internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or agency environment
- Proven success in managing multi-channel campaigns with strong KPI results
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of branding, content strategy, and creative direction
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving ability
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, email automation tools, and social listening platforms
- Good communication skills in Thai and English are required
