Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Manager role based in Haridwar. The Digital Marketing Manager will plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns to support brand awareness, lead generation, and distributor engagement across channels such as social media, search, email, and content platforms. The role involves managing the company's online presence, overseeing content creation, monitoring campaign performance, and optimizing strategies using analytics and data insights. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with sales, product, and training teams to ensure consistent messaging, support new product launches, and enhance digital assets for Edu-Veda and other initiatives. The position also includes managing external agencies or vendors when required and staying current with digital trends relevant to direct selling and consumer products.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in digital campaign planning and execution, including social media marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital analytics and reporting tools, with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns based on performance.
  • Experience in content creation and management for digital platforms, including copywriting, basic visual/content briefing, and coordination with creative teams.
  • Strong understanding of brand management, online reputation management, and community engagement across digital channels.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and basic SEO best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced certifications in digital marketing are an advantage.
  • Prior experience in direct selling, FMCG, wellness, or consumer products sectors is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines on-site in Haridwar.
