The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to. Responsibilities
- Lead overall marketing strategy and execution for Dreame Thailand and Jimmy Thailand
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across E-commerce, Social Media, KOL/Influencer Marketing, PR, and Offline activities
- Drive brand awareness, traffic, and sales performance across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website, and retail channels
- Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business targets and product launch timelines
- Manage KOL and influencer campaigns including collaboration planning, performance tracking, and ROI optimization
- Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders including cross-functional teams, KOLs, agencies, platform partners, and other business partners to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Analyze campaign performance, customer insights, and market trends to optimize marketing effectiveness
- Plan and manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and GMV growth
- Support product launch events, exhibitions, and branding activities
- Work closely with sales and e-commerce teams to align promotion strategy and sales objectives
- Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities to strengthen brand positioning in Thailand
- Lead and develop the marketing team to ensure strong execution quality and performance mindset
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or Brand Management
- Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, smart home, or tech-related industries is preferred
- Strong understanding of Thailand e-commerce ecosystem including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
- Hands-on experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing and Social Media Campaign Management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign performance and sales data
- Experience managing marketing budgets and ROI-focused campaigns
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership mindset with team management experience preferred
- Good command of Thai and English communication; Chinese language proficiency will be a strong advantage
