What You´ll Do
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and run multi-channel campaigns (social media, search, email, display, DEP).
- Manage campaign calendars, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/agencies.
- Track engagement, follower growth, and content performance.
- Collaborate on content ideas and formats (short video, reels, stories, carousels).
- Engage with audiences and support community management when needed.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years experience in digital marketing (internship/portfolio acceptable for junior roles).
- Solid understanding of marketing funnel, customer journey, and conversion concepts.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to read and act on performance data.
- Good content sense and ability to work with designers/content creators.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and meeting deadline
