Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Greater Bangkok - Pak Kret

Reports to: Digital Marketing Manager

The Role: Architect of Our Digital Presence

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to take charge of our online advertising and social media strategy. This is not a role for a passive campaign manager. We need a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator who can manage campaigns from end to end, dive deep into performance data, and continuously optimize for ambitious KPIs. You will be a key player in shaping our brand's digital footprint and driving our commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Funnel Strategy Execution: Develop and execute a full-funnel digital media strategy across all online channels to achieve ambitious company KPIs.
  • Paid Media Campaign Management: Own the end-to-end management of paid media campaigns, from planning and execution to continuous, data-driven optimization.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and deliver clear, actionable insights through daily, weekly, and monthly reports to drive strategic decisions.
  • Creative Campaign Collaboration: Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm and launch innovative campaigns that capture attention and drive measurable growth.
  • Social Media & Brand Management: Manage and cultivate our social media presence to build a consistent, engaging, and trusted brand across all platforms.

We are looking for a marketer who is equal parts analyst and creative strategist. You are obsessed with metrics, driven by results, and have a natural curiosity for understanding what makes an audience click. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can translate data into compelling stories, and has a relentless desire to test, learn, and optimize.

Required Qualifications

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge of online advertising channels and analytics tools (e.g., SEO/SEM, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics).
  • Tool Proficiency: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
