SkillLane is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist Online Degree to drive marketing performance for SkillLane Online Degree programs. This role will execute digital and offline marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and boost student enrollment.
As part of the Marketing Team, you will oversee paid media campaigns, content marketing, and lead generation, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to meet growth targets.
This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong analytical skills in digital marketing, performance marketing, and campaign optimization, preferably in the education or e-learning industry.
Job Descriptions:
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive awareness and enrollment for SkillLane Online Degree programs.
- Lead Generation & Performance Marketing: Plan and coordinate with the Performance Team to execute and optimize paid media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms) to generate high-quality leads.
- Content & Messaging: Work closely with the Content Team to develop high-converting marketing assets, including landing pages, social media content, email marketing, and promotional materials.
- Marketing Analytics & Optimization: Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimize marketing efforts to maximize conversion rates and ROI.
- Collaboration with Creative & Design Teams: Partner with Graphic Designers and Content Creators to develop visually compelling and high-impact marketing materials.
- Stakeholder & Partner Coordination: Work with internal teams, instructors, university partners, and KOLs to enhance brand positioning and credibility.
- Marketing Automation & CRM: Support lead nurturing efforts through marketing automation tools and CRM strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
- Cross-Channel Campaign Management: Coordinate digital and offline marketing campaigns to ensure a seamless customer journey and brand experience.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in the education or e-learning industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, and paid media (Facebook & Google Ads).
- Hands-on experience in campaign execution, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing metrics, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent content marketing and copywriting skills to create engaging and persuasive messaging.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Comfortable working with digital tools such as Slack, Monday.com, CRM platforms, and marketing automation software.
- Growth mindset with a curiosity for industry trends, market insights, and digital innovations.
