Responsibility
- Lead project briefs and requirements for new clients and product development
- Develop comprehensive business and marketing strategies for clients based on their marketing objectives and target audiences.
- Serve as lead facilitator in client pitches and presentations.
- Supervise and review media proposals and client contracts.
- Monitor the success of all media strategies and campaigns.
- Critical problem-solving for the team and clients.
- Team management in terms of capability, performance and workload.
- Work closely with the commercial teams to align efforts and ensure sales budgets are achieved.
- Manage and optimize the costs of operations and man-hours associated with each account.
- Build a trusted relationship with clients.
- Responsible for growth, management, retention, and satisfaction of a portfolio of key accounts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in planning, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of business and communication strategy development.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in managing client relationships and developing new business.
- Experience in mentoring and developing team talent.
