Job Summary
Digital Media Planner oversees multi-channel media campaigns, ensuring client objectives are achieved through effective planning, execution, and optimization. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, reporting insights, and aligning with teams on KPIs. Managers will additionally oversee campaign teams.
Responsibility
- Provide excellent account servicing to ensure clients campaigns deliver against expectations.
- Plan, develop, present, and execute online media campaigns in multiple channels.
- Consult with clients and other agency staff to establish and achieve specific media goals and objectives.
- Evaluate media proposals by research. Provide necessary support in the execution, managing, and optimization of online media campaigns.
- Monitor the results of all campaigns to ensure they run smoothly and meet the clients goals.
- Provide campaign reports with results, campaign conclusions, and suggested optimizations.
- Maintain and stay current on industry news and research.
- Clear brief to optimisation team.
- Agreeable KPI with media optimisation team.
- Supervise team in managing the projects or campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- At least 4-6 years of experience in media planning, preferably in a digital agency.
- Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in Thai.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing media budgets.
- In-depth knowledge of digital media platforms and ad optimization.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience in managing client relationships and developing new business.
- Passion for digital media and eagerness to learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
