Job Description

Main Objective

The Digital Operations Specialist will support Kantar's transition to a modernized digital operations model. This role combines data quality, digital transformation, and active member engagement, focusing on data accuracy, operational efficiency, member communication, and business process enhancement. Team members will contribute to data collection, validation, quality management, database maintenance, and member engagement, providing a well-rounded support structure across operations.

WHAT'D YOU DO:

This role offers opportunities to gain exposure and rotate through various functions, allowing for learning and growth in the following areas.

(1) Data Quality and Validation Management

  • Collect, validate, and process data provided by members to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Verify pricing and quantities and manage any data discrepancies or unusual purchasing patterns.
  • Regularly update the database with new market products to maintain current and accurate data for client analysis.
  • Engage and maintain a positive rapport with members, assisting with onboarding, issue resolution, and loyalty.

(2) Digital Transformation and Workflow Automation

  • Assist business units in transitioning from traditional processes to automated digital workflows.
  • Collaborate to improve digital tools for data collection, quality control, and reporting, streamlining operations.
  • Develop and adapt scripts and tools (e.g., VBA, Python) to automate routine tasks and support consistent data processing.

(3) Panelist's Communication and Engagement

  • Serve as a point of contact for members, handling communication, feedback collection, and membership management.
  • Engage with panelists via digital channels, facilitating information exchange and clarifying data requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Panel Engagement team to enhance panelists recruitment, loyalty programs, and event planning, ensuring active member engagement and retention.

(4) Operational Reporting, Monitoring, and Insights

  • Generate regular reports on data quality metrics, operational progress, and digital transformation results.
  • Track operational improvements, document challenges, and recommend solutions for continuous process optimization.
  • Provide insights and updates to business units, ensuring a well-integrated understanding of member data trends and market insights.

Basic Objectives

  • Data Accuracy and Consistency: Maintain at least 90% accuracy in monthly data validation and updates.
  • Digital Process Automation: To enhance operational efficiency and increase the automation of routine tasks by 30% within the first year.
  • Member and Business Unit Satisfaction: Maintain an 85% satisfaction rate through proactive support and efficient cooperation.

Performance Indicators

  • Timely resolution of data discrepancies.
  • Percentage of tasks automated in line with annual objectives.
  • Positive feedback ratings from stakeholders and business units.

WHAT'D YOU BRING:

Academic Education:

  • Bachelor's degree. Open to all majors, preferably Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Information Management.

Technical Skills:

  • Basic familiarity with at least one programming language, such as VBA, Python, HTML, or R, and strong logical thinking ability.
  • Interest in data processing, quality control, sample management and big data analysis.
  • Familiarity with database management, digital tools, and social media management.

Experience:

  • Experience in data analysis, digital transformation, membership engagement, or related technical and customer-oriented roles is preferred. Experience working with cross-functional teams and supporting diverse business units is a plus.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English communication (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) TOEIC 700+.
  • Skilled in communication, particularly in digital and social media environments.
  • Flexibility to adapt to modern digital tools and enthusiasm for innovation.

Desirable Skills

  • Creative and proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Ability to engage and build rapport with members and stakeholders.
  • Competence in managing social media and digital communication channels to enhance member interaction and loyalty.
