Role Summary:
We are looking for a Digital Presales Manager with mandatory experience in software engineering presales. The role requires strong experience in presales, bid management, proposal writing, client presentations, and conducting POCs. The candidate should have a strong understanding of digital application development, software engineering delivery models, GenAI / Agentic AI solutions, BPM, and modern technology stacks. The role will work closely with sales, delivery, solution architects, and engineering teams to create winning proposals and demonstrate solution value to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead presales activities for software engineering, digital transformation, AI-led, and BPM opportunities.
- Analyze client requirements and create solution approaches, proposal responses, effort estimates, and presentations.
- Manage end-to-end bid responses including RFP analysis, compliance, technical solution write-ups, and coordination with commercial teams.
- Prepare and present solution proposals, demos, and POCs to clients.
- Work with technical teams to define architecture, technology stack, implementation approach, and delivery roadmap.
- Support sales teams in client meetings, discovery workshops, solution positioning, and competitive differentiation.
- Create reusable presales assets such as capability decks, solution accelerators, case studies, and proposal templates.
- Coordinate with delivery, engineering, and product teams to ensure proposed solutions are practical and deliverable.
Mandatory Skills and Experience:
- 8–12 years of experience in IT services, with strong and mandatory experience in software engineering presales.
- Proven experience in proposal writing, RFP responses, bid management, solution presentations, and POC execution.
- Strong understanding of software engineering delivery models, application development lifecycle, estimation, architecture, and delivery planning.
- Technical exposure to digital application development using technologies such as React JS, React Native, Flutter, .NET, and Azure.
- Hands-on experience in GenAI and Agentic AI solutions, including AI-assisted workflows, AI agents, automation use cases, and POC development.
- Experience or good understanding of BPM, workflow automation, business process modelling, and process-led application development.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solution approaches.
- Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across sales, delivery, architecture, and engineering.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in creating digital transformation proposals for enterprise clients.
- Knowledge of cloud-native application architecture and Azure services.
- Exposure to BPM platforms, workflow automation platforms, AI agents, and low-code/no-code platforms.
- Experience in conducting solution workshops and technical discovery sessions.
- Ability to create differentiated solution themes around software engineering, GenAI, Agentic AI, BPM, and Azure-based digital platforms.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related discipline. MBA or equivalent business qualification will be an added advantage.
