Job Description

Key Responsibilities;

  • Design and develop workflow automation for service and support processes in the insurance business.
  • Build systems for auto-notification, document handling, and data synchronization across platforms.
  • Integrate AI APIs (e.g., GPT, Gemini, Claude) to enable chatbot, auto-reply, and data analysis solutions.
  • Develop dashboards and alerts for Relationship Managers and management to track real-time performance.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Technology teams to ensure scalability and continuous improvement of automation systems.

Qualifications;

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • 25 years of experience in automation development.
  • Proficiency inn8n, Python, and API integration.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in CRM, service, or insurance.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.

Location ; Phaya Thai, Bangkok (On-Site 100%)
