Key Responsibilities;
- Design and develop workflow automation for service and support processes in the insurance business.
- Build systems for auto-notification, document handling, and data synchronization across platforms.
- Integrate AI APIs (e.g., GPT, Gemini, Claude) to enable chatbot, auto-reply, and data analysis solutions.
- Develop dashboards and alerts for Relationship Managers and management to track real-time performance.
- Collaborate with Operations and Technology teams to ensure scalability and continuous improvement of automation systems.
Qualifications;
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 25 years of experience in automation development.
- Proficiency inn8n, Python, and API integration.
- Strong understanding of business processes in CRM, service, or insurance.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
