Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced SCM Digital Solutions & Business Intelligence Manager to lead the digital solutions and business intelligence functions for Supply Chain. This role is responsible for driving digital strategy, governing the project and reporting portfolio, ensuring successful solution delivery, and leading continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Supply Chain Digital Solutions and Business Intelligence functions, ensuring alignment with business strategy and organizational goals.
- Define digital product direction, prioritize initiatives, and oversee solution delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
- Govern project portfolios, release planning, implementation readiness, and post-go-live support.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks, SOPs, operational standards, and compliance with data quality, software licensing, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee Business Intelligence solutions, including dashboards, reports, and analytics, to support data-driven decision-making.
- Drive process automation and continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Digital Solutions & BI team while setting performance objectives and fostering capability development.
- Partner with IT teams, business stakeholders, PMO, and software vendors to ensure successful project delivery and issue resolution.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, budgets, service performance, and payment processes.
- Prepare executive-level reports on project progress, portfolio performance, risks, and business value realization
