ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
Formulate and Analyze program performance as digital portfolio investments
Gather required data to generate report progress and document related to portfolio
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage project interdependencies
Identify and address problems and risks
Lead to organize meeting / event regarding digital portfolio investment
Develop and control deadlines, budget, and monitor budget execution
Plan, organize and monitor program execution across multiple programs
Communicate, negotiate and problem-solving with stakeholders
Align deliverables with portfolio and program outcomes
EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years of working experience in Digital project development, Digital Strategy
Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management
Success experience in large-scale/cross-functional projects/organization
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Good communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
PMP Certified, Scrum master is preferable
Proficient with MS Office, working knowledge of program/project management software (MS Project, etc.)
Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methodologies
Outstanding leadership and organizational skill
Excellent problem-solving ability
Able to lead, facilitate and execute activities with multiple stakeholders
Strong English communication skills, and thinking mindset
