Main Purpose of the Role
The Product & Education Specialist is responsible for developing and executing strategic product planning, marketing, and lifecycle management aligned with organizational goals. Additionally, the role includes building and delivering educational programs, product training, and supporting clinical implementation to ensure effective product adoption and market growth. The position requires close collaboration with sales, clinical, regulatory teams, and external partners such as universities and Key Opinion Leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management & Marketing:
- Develop, implement, and manage the product portfolio strategy in coordination with global management, including pricing, launch planning, and lifecycle management.
- Monitor market trends, analyze competitive landscape, and prepare forecasts to support business growth and enhance market share.
- Coordinate product launches, develop marketing strategies, and oversee promotional activities, ensuring clear communication of product benefits and timelines to sales teams.
- Manage product-related inquiries, support sales activities, and collaborate with sales team to address technical and market challenges.
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations on product performance and market trends for senior management.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Training & Education
- Develop and oversee local training and education programs, including new product training, clinical education sessions, and continuing education courses, ensuring alignment with global curricula.
- Design content for internal staff training, customer education, and professional courses, including hands-on workshops.
- Manage and monitor the effectiveness of training programs with ROI measurement and monthly reporting.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and local trainers to support postgraduate education and professional development initiatives.
- Design training modules for dental assistants and conduct training sessions for VIP clients, DSO, or other targeted groups as needed.
- Collaborate with the regional and global education team to adapt and develop content, including lecture materials, demonstration kits, and curriculum for various customer segments.
- Understands and is familiar with P&L dynamics and maximizes these to achieve profit goals.
- Manages and determines allocation of samples in line with product strategy, where relevant to the market.

Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in product specialist role is preferred
- A hands-on attitude and analytically driven
- Good computer skills (Microsoft word, excel, power point)
- Good command of English
- High ability to learn with good attitude
- Able to work independently and work as a team
