Are you passionate about how technology, data, and AI can reshape businesses and industries

Thanager & Co is looking for a Digital Transformation Analyst to help leading enterprises design digital strategy, transformation roadmaps, and future-ready operating models.

This role is ideal for Thai citizenship fresh graduates or professionals with 12 years of experience in digital strategy, technology consulting, product, platform, or transformation-related work who want to work on high-impact, board-level initiatives not just operations.

If you enjoy solving ambiguous problems, structuring strategy, and turning ideas into executable roadmaps, this role is for you.

What You'll Work On

You will wok together with consulting teams to:

Develop digital & AI transformation strategies

Design technology and innovation roadmaps

Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities

Conduct market, fintech/insurtech, and tech ecosystem research

Translate strategy into implementation plans and KPIs

Build executive presentations for C-suite and Board discussions

Support product/platform and data-driven business model design

Typical digital transformation projects include:

Digital & AI strategy

New platform or ecosystem business models

Operating model redesign

Data & analytics transformation

Government and enterprise modernization programs

Who We're Looking For

Background

Fresh graduate or 12 years experience in digital strategy, technology consulting, product, business analysis, or transformation roles

Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or related fields

Must be a Thai citizenship

Mindset

Structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills

Curious about technology, AI, fintech, and digital trends

Comfortable working with ambiguity

Strong ownership and learning agility

Communicates clearly and confidently

Skills (any of these is a plus)

Business analysis / product thinking

Data analysis (Excel, SQL, basic Python, BI tools)

Process mapping / service design

Market or industry research

Storylining & presentation development (PowerPoint/Google Slides)

Familiarity with AI, automation, cloud, or digital platforms
