Digital Transformation Intern (6 Months)

Main Job Purpose
As part of our digital transformation in Beauty & Wellbeing (B&W), we are enhancing our capabilities for better data capturing, structuring, and visualization. The Digital Transformation Intern will play a key supporting role in this journey by monitoring data quality information, supporting data cleansing, and developing digital tools alongside the B&W R&D Functional Team.
This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in data analytics and visualization. The intern will work closely with the B&W SEA R&D Digital Squad and report to the B&W SEA Processing and Digital Lead.

Main accountabilities
Digital Transformation

• Monitor data quality information for SEA using the DQI Dashboard.
• Assist the Specification, Packaging, and Formulation Teams with data cleansing.
• Support the development of SEA R&D digital tools.
• Participate in the Digital Squad and assist the Functional Digital Champion as assigned.
• Complete data analytics assignments for the internship.

Education

• Currently enrolled in a university program or holding a Bachelor's degree.
• Background in the sciences is preferred but not required.
• Skills in Data Analytics are preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong data analytic skills.
• Familiarity with MS 365 Data Analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, or Power App).
• Experience in data visualization (infographics and dashboards).
• Creative thinker with strong communication skills (English).
• Proactive, self-motivated, and highly curious.
• Collaborative and organized, with an out-of-the-box mindset.
