Role Purpose
The Digital Transformation Lead partners with business functions to identify, shape, and drive technology-enabled initiatives that improve efficiency, strengthen capabilities, and create measurable business value.
This role serves as a bridge between business and technology teams, supporting transformation programs from opportunity assessment through implementation, while ensuring adoption and sustainable impact.
The role is ideal for a transformation professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and enjoys solving business challenges through digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Transformation Partnership
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify digital and process transformation opportunities aligned with business priorities.
- Translate business challenges into practical digital solutions and transformation roadmaps.
- Support business case development, including value drivers, ROI assumptions, and success measures.
Transformation Delivery
- Lead or coordinate cross-functional transformation initiatives from design through implementation.
- Work closely with product, technology, data and business teams to ensure effective execution and adoption.
- Monitor initiative outcomes and support value realization tracking.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Bring forward ideas on emerging technology, automation, data, and digital capabilities to improve business performance.
- Support pilot initiatives, innovation use cases, and process improvement opportunities.
- Promote digital ways of working and adoption across stakeholders.
Governance & Program Coordination
- Support transformation portfolio tracking, initiative prioritization, and governance forums.
- Coordinate with PMO / governance teams on project visibility, risks, dependencies and investment planning.
- Contribute to structured transformation management practices across functions.
Qualifications & Experience
- 7–10 years of experience in digital transformation, management consulting, business technology, strategy execution, or program management.
- Experience delivering transformation initiatives across business and technology stakeholders.
- Background from consulting firms, transformation offices, or large matrix organizations is highly valued.
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain, or consumer businesses is a plus. Strong track record in driving initiatives with measurable business impact.
