Digital Transformation Management (IT Project Management)

*This position is for candidates below Manager level only*

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

• Design high-level digital solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, infrastructure, and security teams throughout project delivery.
• Lead project implementation, testing, change management, and transition to operations.
• Monitor project progress, quality assurance, and vendor performance to ensure successful delivery.
• Support procurement processes, strategic partner selection, and TOR development.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies to support digital transformation initiatives.

REQUIRMENT

• Experience leading IT or digital transformation projects.
• Strong experience in project management, business analysis, and requirement gathering.
• Ability to define project scope, conceptual solutions, and technical requirements.
• Experience with SAP, AI, cloud computing, mobile applications, or RPA is an advantage.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge in oil & gas business is preferred.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
