Job Description
- This role partners with Chemicals, IT, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Innovation teams to drive digital transformation initiatives that improve research efficiency and accelerate product development.
- You will lead the SEA BU Digital Squad, driving projects across lab automation, data optimization, and knowledge management. Acting as the bridge between scientists and technical teams, you will ensure digital solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with chemical-industry workflows.
- The role also covers tool deployment, user onboarding, capability building, data governance, compliance, and adoption across the Chemicals network. In addition, you will track KPIs, project milestones, and outcomes, while identifying opportunities to continuously improve through emerging AI and digital lab technologies.
The Successful Applicant
- You have a strong understanding of Chemicals operations within beauty, personal care, or related scientific industries, along with experience in digital transformation, system integration, and data lifecycle management.
- You are hands-on with tools such as AI platforms, Python, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps, and can translate complex scientific needs into effective digital solutions.
- You are analytical, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, with strong communication skills and fluent English.
