Job summary: Implement digital twin projects with customers in various sectors e.g. petrochemical, refinery, and power plants by applying the computer-aided engineering (CAE) simulation to the digital twins in order to enhance predictability, reliability and performance of customers plants and machines.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform data collection and pre-analysis to support digital twin projects.
- Apply digital twin and CAE simulations to real business process to gain actual benefits.
- Design and develop of digital twin models by using CAE tools e.g. CFD and FEA.
- Participate in verification and validation of digital twin systems.
- Document processes and technical specifications.
- Support troubleshooting and maintenance activities for digital twin systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related fields
- Experience in Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) simulation, preferably in petrochemical, refinery, or power plant industries
- Proficiency in FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) tools such as ANSYS Mechanical and ANSYS Fluent
- Programming skill in Python and ability to perform data analysis for engineering applications
- Experience in Digital Twin development or implementation (optional)
- Good command of English.
- Knowledge in project management, Fitness-for-Service (FFS), and Remaining Life Assessment (RLA)
- Able to work at Rayong.
