Key Responsibility:
- 3P E-Commerce Strategy & Business Growth
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the 3P marketplace business to drive GMV growth, assortment expansion, and market competitiveness.
- Marketplace Partner & Seller Management
- Lead strategic relationships with third-party sellers, brands, and marketplace partners to improve seller performance, assortment quality, and commercial collaboration.
- Commercial & Revenue Optimization
- Drive monetization initiatives including commission models, promotional campaigns, advertising opportunities, and seller growth programs to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Platform Operations & Customer Experience
- Oversee marketplace operational performance, including order fulfillment coordination, SLA governance, issue resolution, and customer experience improvement.
- Data Analytics & Performance Management
- Utilize business insights, customer trends, and marketplace analytics to optimize assortment, pricing competitiveness, campaign effectiveness, and seller productivity.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with product, technology, operations, marketing, supply chain, finance, and legal teams to ensure successful execution of marketplace initiatives.
- People Leadership & Organizational Development
- Lead and develop high-performing marketplace and commercial teams while strengthening organizational capabilities and succession readiness.
- Governance, Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure marketplace operations comply with company policies, legal requirements, platform standards, and commercial governance frameworks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Marketing, Digital Business, Retail Management, or related field.
- MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace business, retail commercial management, or digital platform operations.
- Strong experience in Third-Party (3P) marketplace management, seller ecosystem development, and digital commerce operations.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale commercial performance and cross-functional leadership.
