Director Business Strategy

Key responsibilities

1. Conducting in-depth market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
2. Collaborating cross-functionally to develop and implement strategic business plans and initiatives
3. Evaluating potential mergers, acquisitions, or strategic partnerships to support the company's expansion
4. Tracking and analysing key performance indicators to measure the success of strategic initiatives
5. Presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership to drive strategic decision-making
6. Providing strategic support and guidance to various business units within the organisation

What we're looking for

1. A bachelor's or master's degree in business, economics, or a related field
2. At least 5 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate strategy
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to stakeholders
5. Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing strategic initiatives
6. Familiarity with the agribusiness industry or a willingness to learn
7. Fluency in both Thai and English
