- This is a leadership role and involves P&L management for the managed portfolio
- Develop thought leadership, practice level services and solutions in area of Campaign Operations for Go To Market approach
- Deep Expertise in Marketing Automation Platforms (MAP) and setting Up MAP Operations at scale for Global commercial operations
- Develop Capabilities in New Channel for driving integrated Campaign Operations - SMS, WhatsApp, WeChat, Webinar/Event Platforms etc.
- Build Practice level Capabilities for Campaigns Ops
- Ensure seamless and optimize new client onboarding and Activation
- Create, develop, execute, and evaluate all marketing campaigns and strategies
- Ensure Seamless Ramp up of certified resources to deliver MAP services
- Drive Business Growth with right solutioning, RFP responses, client solutioning
- Develop service portfolio that enables Indegene to bring ubiquitous domain expertise in area of services in Campaign Operations
- Build IPs to address specific challenges in campaign operations space and to gain competitive advantage through differentiation
- Directly own Campaign ops service RFP response solutioning, proposition and pricing
- Help manage internal team competencies and act as SME for project delivery
- Measure ROI of all marketing campaigns & activities and use data to drive decisions
Basic Qualification:
- Education: Preferably Engineering graduate + Post graduate (MBA) from Top B schools
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years of Campaign operations experience
- Willingness to work in Global Delivery Model

- Entrepreneurial drive & attitude and self-starter
- Critical thinking and ability to connect the dots
- Strategic thinking, analytical bent of mind and strong financial modelling skills
- In depth knowledge of campaign management, lifecycle marketing & analytics
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms: SFMC, Adobe Marketo etc.
- Excellent oratory skills and experience in presenting account/portfolio level details to C level audience (both internal and external)
- Track record demonstrating effective leadership skills related to overseeing a technical team including responsibilities for building team collaboration, conflict resolution, performance management, and career development
- Extremely well versed in software design, implementation and test skills
- Strong software design skills related to object-oriented concepts and design patterns
- Pharma/healthcare industry domain experience would be an added advantage
