  • Strategically allocate and direct global and local resources (personnel, specialized equipment, materials) to ensure lean, execution-focused delivery.
  • Act as the primary technical bridge between design team architects, engineering consultants, general contractors, and trade subcontractors.

Cost Control & Financial Governance

  • Maintain rigorous oversight of financial performance, cash flow, and cost control frameworks to prevent budget slippage.
  • Review, negotiate, and approve project expenditures, prime contracts, major change orders, and progress payments.

Quality Assurance, Safety & Regulatory Compliance

  • Enforce strict compliance with local Thai building regulations, international safety mandates, and contractual commitments.
  • Institute robust Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) programs to uphold tier-level construction standards and craftsmanship.

Stakeholder Management & Client Relations

  • Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) and trusted advisor for key project clients and internal executive sponsors.
  • Deliver transparent, regular reporting regarding project health, critical milestones, risk profiles, and resource constraints.

Risk Mitigation & Commercial Strategy

  • Proactively identify design, supply chain, and site execution risks, implementing targeted mitigation strategies before critical path delays occur.
  • Ensure comprehensive site insurance coverage and non-negotiable adherence to global Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) protocols.

Vendor & Procurement Oversight

  • Direct general contractor (GC) management to ensure alignment between site execution, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
  • Drive vendor evaluation, procurement, and contract negotiations to secure competitive commercial terms for long-lead equipment and direct-procured materials.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a multi-disciplinary site delivery team, including construction managers, project engineers, and safety officers.
  • Cultivate an accountable, high-performance culture grounded in cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive construction management experience.
  • Minimum 5 years directly leading hyperscale data center developments or other complex mission-critical projects (e.g., semiconductor labs, pharmaceutical facilities, heavy industrial energy plants).
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional multi-project leadership, financial acumen, and high-stakes contract negotiation ability.
  • Fluency in industry-standard project management platforms (Primavera P6, Procore, MS Project) and enterprise tools.
  • Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) designations strongly preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep expertise in heavy industrial/commercial construction workflows, local Thai permitting procedures, and global data center design standards (power, cooling, redundancy).
