DBF-CONFIDENCE is looking for a visionary and results-driven Operations Director to lead our growing tourism brand on Koh Phangan and beyond. If you're passionate about building meaningful guest experiences, scaling high-quality services, and leading a motivated team let's talk.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations of DBF-CONFIDENCE, based on Koh Phangan, Thailand
Develop and oversee private boat tours, premium transfers, and guest services
Hire, train, and manage a cross-functional team (sales, captains, services)
Build partnerships with resorts, agencies, and influencers
Control budgets, profitability, and operational efficiency
Ensure top-tier guest satisfaction and safety standards
Represent the brand in media, events, and with investors
Requirements:
Proven leadership experience in tourism, hospitality, or marine services
Strong business acumen and organizational skills
Fluent in English, Thai, (other languages is a bonus)
Based in Thailand or ready to relocate
Passion for island life and hospitality excellence
Thai nationality only
