Job Description

To lead the transformation of enterprise planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, management reporting, and performance management capabilities across its global portfolio. This role will be accountable for designing and implementing a world-class EPM operating model that enables agile decision-making, improves financial visibility, strengthens governance, and supports enterprise value creation across Hotels, Food, Lifestyle, Manufacturing, and Corporate functions. The role will serve as the senior business lead for the Oracle EPM program and will be responsible for driving strategic alignment, stakeholder engagement, process standardization, value realization, and organizational adoption across the global enterprise. The role will lead the implementation of Oracle EPM solutions supporting statutory reporting, planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and management reporting.

Main Responsibilities

Enterprise Performance Management Leadership:

  • Define and execute the enterprise-wide EPM vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Establish a sustainable Corporate Performance Management framework aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Build and maintain executive sponsorship across business units and geographies.
  • Develop global governance structures, operating principles, and standards for enterprise planning and reporting.
  • Drive alignment between financial planning processes and corporate strategy.

Global Oracle EPM Program Leadership:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle EPM solutions across all business units.
  • Ensure successful delivery of planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, close, and reporting capabilities.
  • Partner with implementation vendors and system integrators to ensure quality delivery and adherence to timelines.
  • Manage project scope, budget, risks, dependencies, and benefits realization.
  • Act as executive sponsor for all major design decisions and business process transformations.

Financial Planning & Analysis Excellence:

  • Transform and standardize planning and forecasting processes globally.
  • Introduce rolling forecasts, driver-based planning, and scenario modeling.
  • Improve planning cycle times and forecast accuracy.
  • Establish best-practice FP&A methodologies and planning governance.
  • Support strategic, operational, and capital allocation decisions using data-driven insights.

Consolidation, Close & Statutory Reporting:

  • Establish a modern consolidation and financial close framework.
  • Improve reporting consistency, transparency, and compliance.
  • Ensure regulatory, statutory, and management reporting requirements are met.
  • Drive process automation and reduction of manual activities.
  • Strengthen controls and governance over financial reporting.

Business Process Transformation:

  • Re-engineer end-to-end planning and performance management processes.
  • Drive process harmonization across business units while respecting legitimate local requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and simplification.
  • Promote best practices for business performance measurement and management reporting.

Stakeholder Management & Requirements Leadership:

  • Facilitate executive workshops and global design sessions.
  • Build strong relationships with Finance, Operations, IT, HR, Shared Services, and business leaders.
  • Lead requirements gathering across global functions and geographies.
  • Resolve competing priorities and establish common business standards.
  • Manage executive steering committees and governance forums.

Data, Analytics & Decision Support:

  • Establish enterprise-wide KPI frameworks and management dashboards.
  • Improve visibility into business performance through integrated analytics.
  • Promote fact-based decision-making throughout the organization.
  • Develop strategic reporting capabilities for executives and boards.
  • Support predictive and scenario-based decision-making.

Organizational Change Management:

  • Lead global change management and business adoption activities.
  • Develop communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Build EPM capabilities within Finance and business teams.
  • Drive cultural adoption of performance management disciplines.
  • Ensure sustained realization of business benefits post-implementation.

Talent & Team Leadership:

  • Build and lead a high-performing EPM organization.
  • Develop future leaders in Finance Transformation and Performance Management.
  • Coach and mentor planning, consolidation, reporting, and analytics professionals.
  • Foster collaboration across functions, countries, and business units.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • MBA or Master's Degree preferred.
  • CPA, CMA, CFA, PMP, or equivalent professional certifications preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Enterprise Performance Management, Finance Transformation, Corporate Finance, FP&A, Financial Consolidation, Strategic Planning, or Digital Transformation.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale EPM implementations across multinational organizations.
  • Experience managing consulting firms, system integrators, and global programs.
  • Experience operating in matrixed, complex, multicultural environments.
  • Hospitality, retail, consumer products, manufacturing, or shared services experience preferred.
