Here's an exciting opportunity to join a leading global product organization that is transforming the way enterprise software is built.

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid – 3 Days/Week)

Experience: 15–20 Years

What You'll Do

Lead and mentor large engineering teams (30+ engineers), including Engineering Managers and Technical Leads.

Drive technical strategy, architecture, and engineering excellence.

Build scalable, cloud-native applications and platforms.

Partner with global stakeholders to deliver innovative, high-impact products.

We're Looking For

15+ years of Software/Product/Platform Engineering experience.

6+ years of engineering leadership managing large teams.

Strong hands-on expertise in:

• .NET / C#
• REST APIs
• Microservices
• Azure or AWS Cloud
• CI/CD & DevOps
• Distributed Systems
• Software Architecture & System Design

Preferred Profile

Currently working with a Product Company (No IT Services/Consulting organizations).

Stable career progression with strong leadership experience.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science) from a reputed/premier engineering institute preferred.
