Director - Investor Relation position is accountable for formulating investment story and communicating the story to both internal audience (management and employees) and external investment community (investors and analysts) through day-to-day communication with them.
Director - Investor Relation will updating macro environment, industry trends and competitors movements and developments.
Responsibilities:
- Gathers and analyzes database on the company's businesses in order to formulate investment story of the company and communicate with investors and analysts
- Develops and maintains good relationships with analysts and investors through quarterly analyst meetings, investor company visits, conferences and roadshows, and serve as the key point of contact for the investment community
- Oversee investor presentations, MD&A, press releases, annual reports and other IR materials, and support information for compilation of 56-1, TRIS assessment and board presentations
- Plan activities, including organizing IR activities, i.e. analyst meetings and investor activities, and coordinating with regards to conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls, and investor meetings
- Builds and maintains investor database, and compiles feedback from investment community to management
- Manages and updates the company web site
- Establishes and maintains relationships with stock exchange representatives and fellow IR professionals
- Performs analysis and updates news of competitors
- Assists in strategic planning work as needed
Qualifications:
- Master in Business Administration or Master in Finance
- A minimum of 10 years in Investor Relations, Strategic Planning, or Investment Banking
- Strong relationship building and ability to influence without authority
- Good analytical skills and ability to leverage results of analysis
- Strong communication skills with ability to get buy in from senior leaders
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills, both in Thai and English
- Travelling is required
