Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and highly data-driven Marketing Communication Director to oversee both the Marketing Communication and Creative teams (Graphic & Video)
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute integrated Marketing Communication strategies aligned with overall business objectives
- Establish clear brand positioning and communication frameworks
- Lead end-to-end campaign planning and execution with measurable KPIs
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and manage MarCom and Creative teams
- Work closely with Modern Trade, Retail, Product, Event, and Online teams
- Ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative output across all touchpoints
Budget & P&L Ownership
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively
- Oversee marketing-related P&L
- Utilize data, insights, and performance metrics to drive optimization and ROI
Campaign & Channel Oversight
- Oversee online communications including social media, performance marketing, content, and marketplace platforms
- Supervise offline initiatives such as trade marketing and events
- Ensure communication strategies translate into commercial results
Qualifications:
- 810+ years of experience in Marketing Communication
- Proven track record in leading teams of 810+ members
- Strong understanding of both online and offline marketing ecosystems
- Experience managing budgets and P&L
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments preferred
- Open to candidates from any industry
