Accounting & System Management
- Develop and implement corporate accounting policies in alignment with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and accounting standards for non-publicly accountable entities (PAEs), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and transparency in financial records.
- Oversee, review, and validate accounting data entries in the system, with an emphasis on establishing robust internal control mechanisms that allow full traceability across all accounting processes.
- Define and enhance the organizations accounting system policiesboth in terms of technology and workflowsto ensure effective integration and utility across all departments.
- Establish a standardized document filing system for both physical (hard copy) and electronic (soft copy) records, along with regular backups of accounting data to safeguard critical information from loss or corruption.
- Set clear reporting timelines and enforce discipline across departments to submit accounting-related reports as scheduled. Ensure the preparation of monthly financial statements is completed by the 9th of each month to support decision-making for management and investors, and to facilitate future financial planning.
Tax Compliance & Planning
- Supervise and verify the accuracy and punctuality of all tax filings in compliance with Thai Revenue Department regulations, ensuring all supporting documents are properly prepared and submitted.
- Proactively plan and manage the companys tax strategy to optimize tax efficiency and mitigate the risk of retroactive assessments or penalties.
- Train and upskill the accounting team in property-specific tax regulations, such as specific business tax, capital gains tax on real estate, and land & building taxes.
Audit Coordination & Readiness
- Prepare complete and accurate working papers in accordance with external auditor requirements to support both interim and year-end audits.
- Coordinate with auditors for both interim and annual audits, ensuring that all relevant accounting data and documentation are organized in advance to facilitate smooth and timely audits.
- Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CPD or a masters degree is a plus).
- Experience: At least 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, preferably within real estate, publicly listed companies, or joint venture environments.
- Specialized Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of TFRS, IFRS, and SEC compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with joint venture structures and consolidated financial reporting.
- Proven experience in preparing financial statements for Big 4 audits.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to coach site supervisors and project managers.
- Essential Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration with auditors, legal advisors, and investors.
- Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).
