Job Purpose
The Vice President of Food & Beverage (JRD Project) is responsible for developing and managing the overall food, beverage, and entertainment operations within the complex
Key Responsibilities
1. F&B Business Development & Brand Acquisition
- Develop and implement a long-term F&B strategy to enhance the reputation as a must-visit destination.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard renowned Thai restaurants and Michelin-listed brands to join Thai Taste Hub.
- Negotiate commercial terms, including rent models, profit-sharing agreements, and marketing collaborations.
- Plan the tenant mix and culinary experiences to match tourist, local, and VIP segments.
2. Theatre & Entertainment Integration
- Manage the Aksra Theatre's business operations, including show programming, ticketing, hospitality, and partnership development.
- Collaborate with creative teams and event organizers to develop cultural performances and premium entertainment experiences.
- Integrate F&B experiences with theatre events (e.g., dinner & show packages, themed dining).
3. Sales & Revenue Management
- Define annual sales targets and business KPIs for both Thai Taste Hub and Aksra Theatre.
- Monitor outlet performance, analyze P&L, and ensure profitable operations across all F&B partners.
- Launch sales promotions and marketing campaigns to increase customer spending and dwell time.
4. Marketing & Customer Engagement
- Collaborate with Corporate Marketing, CRM, and Brand teams to create high-impact promotions.
- Curate signature events (e.g., Thai Taste Festival, Chef Collaboration Series, or Cultural Nights).
- Enhance visibility through PR, digital campaigns, influencer partnerships, and cross-promotions with travel partners.
5. Operational Excellence
- Ensure smooth daily operations across all outlets and theatre facilities, meeting hygiene, safety, and service standards.
- Supervise outlet partners to comply with brand guidelines and guest experience standards.
- Coordinate with Facility, Housekeeping, and Security teams to maintain operational quality and ambience.
6. Stakeholder & Partnership Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, chefs, cultural institutions, and tourism authorities.
- Align with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing) to ensure compliance and support business execution.
- Represent JRD in partnership negotiations, sponsor collaborations, and media relations when required.
