Key Responsibilities:Plan and Oversee Engineering Operations
- Establish policies, standards, and procedures for the engineering department in alignment with organizational goals.
- Supervise maintenance and repair of building engineering systems (electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, fire protection, etc.).
Budget and Resource Management
- Lead the preparation and efficient management of the engineering departments budget.
- Review and approve expenditures, repair projects, and engineering plans.
Team Leadership and Development
- Manage engineering teams, including engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
- Develop team capabilities through training, coaching, and continuous improvement programs.
Project and Building Improvement Management
- Plan and oversee renovation, repair, or construction projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Monitor project progress, quality control, and safety compliance.
Quality and Safety Control
- Ensure that all engineering practices comply with international standards (e.g., ISO), building regulations, and labor laws.
- Promote safety awareness and ensure safe working conditions for engineering staff.
Operational Analysis and Strategic Reporting
- Provide performance reports and strategic recommendations to executive management.
- Utilize technical data to analyze costs and evaluate ROI for building system investments.
Qualifications:- Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields).
- Professional Engineer license (Thai Council of Engineers license required).
- At least 10 years of engineering experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Experience in property management or real estate development is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, energy efficiency, and engineering standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Proficient in computer and engineering management software.
