Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to optimize performance and achieve business goals.
• Monitor and manage capital structure to deliver targeted ROE while ensuring financial discipline.
• Analyze business performance, benchmark against industry peers, and provide actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Drive initiatives to enhance asset performance and business model efficiency.
• Deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality financial analysis to support leaders and attract investors.
• Collaborate across functions to align financial strategy with overall business objectives.
• Implement advanced financial systems to streamline reporting and decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or strategic finance, preferably in large or publicly listed companies.
• Strong understanding of Thai GAAP, IFRS, and key performance metrics.
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance management.
• Proficiency in FP&A tools (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar).
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-support skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven leadershipable to inspire teams, drive change, and set new benchmarks.
